OTE Solutions
OTE Solutions are an independent building energy consultancy practice led by Jonathan O’Toole. We provide expertise and advice to homeowners, designers and builders/developers in the planning, design and energy specification for new builds, extensions and major renovations of residential homes.
We are fully registered with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) as residential BER Assessors & Technical Advisors. We hold professional indemnity insurance and have over eighteen years’ experience in the property and construction industry having completed over 2000 energy assessments on residential houses to date.
Our clients include private homeowners, builders, developers, estate agents, local authorities and community groups and we take great pride in the amount of repeat business and recommendations we receive from our clients.
Our consultants hold qualifications in Energy Management (Buildings), Building Energy Performance, Engineering, Passive House Certified Trades and Business and we are continuously upskilling to keep up-to-date of new technologies and products related to the building energy sector.
We also have over eighteen years’ experience in the planning & design for the residential and commercial property market. From one-off rural dwellings and domestic extensions to large scale residential and commercial developments, we have a highly successful record in delivering quality designed, sustainable projects from feasibility through to design and full planning to our client’s requirements and budget.
We also work with a network of trusted building professionals to provide our clients with additional building consultancy services from topographical surveys, percolation tests and airtightness testing through to project management and certification.
